You can book our products up to 12 months in advance or the day before the requested products are available. Please note that weekends and school holidays are particularly busy for us, so we may not be able to address your requests during these times. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend you book our products at least a month in advance. Rest assured, we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your unique requirements.
To secure your booking, we will require a deposit. We will confirm your booking on receipt of the deposit. You can pay the remainder of the balance in cash on the day of the party. Additionally, you can pay two days prior to booking via direct debit.
Please note some hire items will require a refundable bond.
For local deliveries, the price is $30. For up to 50kms, the price is $60. For other distances, we will advise you of the cost upon enquiry.
If you decide to cancel your booking – or the booking is automatically cancelled due to weather – all deposits can be transferred for use on another day (within 12 months of the original booking). If you decide not to re-book, the deposit will become void. Please note the safety of our customers is our top priority meaning we won’t set up in conditions we deem unsafe.
If requested, we can provide staff supervision for all our products. We charge $40 per-hour per supervising staff member. Please note that on public holidays, the cost is $60 per hour.

Yes, we have $20 million public liability insurance, allowing us to operate anywhere in Australia.
